Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to 3Diagno, the human biomechanics simulator published on Google Play under package identifier com.drfaris.physiomotion. The app is developed and published by Dr. Faris Arab. Earlier materials may refer to the app as 3D PhysioMotion; 3Diagno is the current store-listing name.

3Diagno does not provide an app account system. The app may let you enter educational or clinical-reference content such as patient-assessment details, notes, joint positions, movement recordings, and report content. This content is processed locally on your device to provide the features you request.

3Diagno does not send patient-assessment content, movement recordings, generated reports, or exported files to a database operated by Dr. Faris Arab. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs or use advertising identifiers for ad targeting.

App state and information you enter may remain in browser or WebView storage on your device. Files generated or exported at your request are saved or shared only through device and operating-system controls. You choose the destination and recipient.

You are responsible for protecting exported files and handling them according to your professional, institutional, clinical, and legal obligations.

Google Play and your device operating system may process installation, compatibility, security, crash, diagnostic, and Play-account information under their own privacy policies. If you use the web version, the hosting provider may process standard technical request logs for security and service delivery. These services operate independently from the app's locally stored clinical-reference content.

• Local app data: remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, reset the relevant data, or uninstall the app.
• Exported files: remain wherever you saved or shared them until you or the recipient deletes them.
• Support and privacy emails: are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute, and are then deleted when no longer needed.
• Developer-controlled patient data: none is stored because 3Diagno does not operate a patient-data server or app-account database.

Because 3Diagno has no app accounts and does not upload your assessment content to a developer-controlled server, you can delete app data directly by clearing 3Diagno's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Delete exported files from the location where you saved them and ask any recipient to delete copies you shared.

To request deletion of information you sent directly to the developer, emaildr.faris.arab@gmail.comwith the subject 3Diagno Data Deletion Requestand identify the email address or correspondence concerned. The request will be processed after reasonable identity verification, except where retention is required by applicable law or necessary for security or dispute resolution.

3Diagno is designed to keep entered clinical-reference content on the device. No device, operating system, export workflow, or storage location can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Use device passcodes, secure sharing methods, and appropriate professional data-handling practices.

3Diagno is intended for clinicians, educators, students, and adult users and is not directed to children as its primary audience. It is an education, visualization, and clinical-reference tool, not a diagnostic device or a substitute for professional examination, medical imaging, or independent clinical judgment.

This policy may be updated when app features, platform requirements, or data-handling practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date.
